The University of Mumbai, erstwhile known as the University of Bombay or informally called Bombay University, is one of the first three state universities in India, located in the city of Mumbai in the state of Maharashtra. It is abbreviated as either “UoM” (for University of Mumbai) or “MU” (for Mumbai University). The University of Mumbai offers Bachelors, Masters and Doctoral degrees apart from diplomas and certificates in many disciplines. The language of instruction for most courses is English. About Mumbai University Examination-

The University of Mumbai conducts the UG and PG courses examination throughout the year, generally in the months from September to December and March to May for BA, B.Com, B.Sc, B.Ed, LLB, MA, M.Sc, M.Com, MCA MBA Exam Results of 1st, 2nd and 3rd Year/ Semester. Thousands of students who are studying in the Mumbai University and its affiliated Colleges appear in these Semester/ Annual Examination.

The university is set to conduct 661 exams this winter, including the first- and second-year exams, which are conducted at college level. Some university exams, including semester V exams for BA and other self-financed programs such as BMS, BAF, BFM, BBI and BMM even fall during the Diwali vacations.

The semester V exams for FYBCom students are set to commence on October 24, for BSc on October 30, and for BA students, the exams are from 13th November 2018. Most of the self-financed professional exams, such as BAF, BBI and BFM, start on November 19.
